**Controller**


NutraCo is seeking a Accounting Director to work in our Hollywood FL corporate offices and be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing the finance department, handling invoicing, billing, and collections, preparing financial reports, developing forecasts, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability. This role also involves ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations and collaborating with executives to establish budgets and monitor key performance indicators.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • - Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software and advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • - Proficiency in ADP and/or other payroll systems.
  • - Auditing of Time Cards
  • - Strong understanding of financial reporting and analytical capabilities.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Ability to build strong relationships across departments and leadership levels.
  • - Experience in managing teams and multitasking effectively.


**Education and Experience Requirements:**

  • - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field.
  • - Master of Business Administration or Master’s in Finance is a plus.
  • - CPA or CFA certifications are preferred.
  • - Minimum 5 years experience in banking, investing, accounting or finance is required.

**Responsibilities:**

  • - Making sound decisions on implementing processes and procedures to enhance the company profitability.
  • - Creating and simplifying complex financial models for easy understanding.
  • - Budgeting forecasting for each department in the company.
  • - Billing, collections, invoicing management.
  • - Payroll and employee time keeping management.
  • - Developing usable budgets and providing financial advice to senior management.
  • - Hiring and overseeing payroll coordinator and other finance department roles as necessary.
